Join the Hollis Creek Birding Watchers to explore the natural spaces around Wrenford and track local wildlife. This group organizes early morning bird walks, maintains a citizen science database for community use, and hosts annual bird count events across the city.
The group is open to adult bird watchers and nature observers of all experience levels. Whether you are a seasoned ornithologist or just starting to identify local species, you are welcome to join.
Meetings and walks take place at the Hollis Creek Greenway (155 Hollis Park Drive, Wrenford, ON N4Q 2E5). Walks run every Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., from April through October. There is no cost to participate.
To join the group, learn more about upcoming walks, or report a sighting to the citizen science database, contact the City's community development office at [email protected].
