The Fallsview Young Artists Guild is a volunteer-run group that gives young people in Wrenford a chance to explore their creativity. We provide a dedicated studio space and run weekly workshops focused on painting, sculpting, and various craft projects. Whether you are picking up a paintbrush for the first time or have been drawing for years, you will find a welcoming group of peers and mentors.
This program is open to youth aged 6 to 17. We meet every Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., from September through May. Our meetings take place at the Fallsview Arts Centre, located at 50 Fallsview Road. The centre offers a great environment with studio space and a box office for any future shows or exhibitions.
Joining is simple and affordable. The annual membership fee is just $30.00, which covers access to all weekly workshops and studio materials. To sign up or to learn more about upcoming themes and guest instructors, please reach out to our community development office. You can email them directly at [email protected] to get started or ask any questions about materials and age groups.
We encourage you to bring your own sketchbook and favourite tools, though we also supply paint, clay, and other basic supplies for everyone. Come create something new and meet other young artists in your neighbourhood!
