Copper Ridge Mountain Biking Network

A volunteer-run group that coordinates rides, trail maintenance, and advocacy for adult mountain bikers in Wrenford.

Welcome to the Copper Ridge Mountain Biking Network, a volunteer-run group for adult mountain bikers and trail enthusiasts in Wrenford. Our goal is to keep you active, connected, and advocating for safe cycling routes across our city.

We coordinate regular group rides that explore neighbourhood parks, the Tamsin River Trail, and the surrounding greenways. If you prefer staying on the ground, join our trail maintenance volunteer days. You will help clear debris, smooth out rough patches, and keep our shared paths safe for everyone. We also speak up for better cycling infrastructure, making sure city planners consider the needs of riders when they map out new roads and trails.

The group meets at Copper Ridge Lookout on Sundays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., from May through October. All skill levels are welcome, and you can bring your own bike or borrow one through our member network. Membership costs $20 a year, which covers our liability insurance and basic trail tools.

To join, attend a meeting or reach out through the City's community development office at [email protected]. We will send you the volunteer sign-up sheet, ride schedule, and membership forms.
