Pay your water bill
Keeping your water service active is simple when you use our online payment tools or call our dedicated service line. Whether you are a homeowner in Downtown or a business owner in Industrial Park East, you can manage your account quickly and securely. We have designed this process to be straightforward, ensuring you can pay your bill without unnecessary hassle.
View your statement
Before making a payment, it is helpful to review your current statement. You can view your detailed water usage and charges by visiting the Customer Account Portal on our website. This portal provides a clear breakdown of your monthly charges, including base rates and usage fees. If you have not yet registered for the portal, you will need your account number, which is found on your previous paper bill or in the confirmation email sent when your account was first established.
Make a payment online
Once you have reviewed your statement, you can proceed with payment through the Online Payment Form. This form is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to enter your account number and select a payment method. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you choose Interac e-Transfer, please ensure you include your account number in the security question field so our system can correctly apply your payment.
Pay by phone
If you prefer to speak with a representative or pay by phone, you can contact the Wrenford 311 service line at 519-555-0100. Our automated system allows you to make payments using a credit card or debit card at any time. If you need assistance with a specific billing issue, an operator is available during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please have your account number ready before you call to speed up the process.
What you need
To complete any transaction, you will need the following information:
- Your 10-digit account number, located on your water bill.
- A valid credit or debit card for online or phone payments.
- Your email address, if you wish to receive an electronic receipt.
Important deadlines
Payments are due by the 25th of each month. If the due date falls on a weekend or a civic holiday, payment is considered on time if received by the next business day. Late payments may incur a penalty fee as outlined in our utility by-laws. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact the Financial Assistance Office to discuss payment arrangements. Do not wait until your service is at risk of disconnection. We are here to help you maintain your account in good standing.
For further questions about billing cycles or meter readings, you can send an email to [email protected]. We aim to respond to all inquiries within two business days. Thank you for choosing to pay your water bill promptly and keeping your service active.
