Use the Wrenford Transit app
Download the app on your phone. The app gives you the most details, including live tracking, route maps and a history of past alerts. You can turn on push notifications for the routes and stops you use most.
Receive texts, emails or phone calls
If you prefer not to use an app, you can get alerts by text message, email or an automated voice call. Visit the Wrenford Transit Alerts webpage to create an account. You will pick your contact method and enter the stops or routes you want to follow.
Call the transit terminal

What kinds of alerts will I get?
Wrenford Transit sends alerts when something changes that might impact your trip. You will only receive notices for the routes and stops you select. Common alerts include:
- Schedule changes: Adjustments to bus frequency during school breaks, holidays or special events like the Tamsin River Run or Benchlands Folk Festival.
- Route diversions: Temporary detours caused by road construction, like the Corvid Way project or street sweeping.
- Weather impacts: Service adjustments during heavy snowfall or when the overnight parking ban is in effect on main transit corridors.
- Service interruptions: Planned maintenance on buses or unexpected breakdowns that may cause short delays.
- Wrenford Access updates: Changes to booking windows or registration requirements for specialized transit.
Manage your preferences
You can update your contact information or change which routes you follow at any time. Log in to your account on the Wrenford Transit Alerts webpage to edit your profile. If you no longer want to receive alerts, you can turn them off or delete your account from the same page. Your information is kept private and is not shared with third parties. You will only get notices for the locations and routes you care about, so you will not receive message fatigue.
