Who can get a student pass?
Full-time students in kindergarten to grade 12 who attend the Wrenford District School Board or the Wrenford Catholic District School Board are eligible for the monthly student transit pass. The pass is designed to make it easier for families to get to and from school, extracurricular activities, and community events.
How much does it cost?
The monthly student pass is $65.00. It provides unlimited rides on all Wrenford Transit fixed routes (1 to 14) and Wrenford Access for the calendar month. This rate is lower than the standard youth monthly pass because it is subsidized for school commuters.
How to apply
You need a valid student ID card with a photo from your school, along with proof of your Wrenford address. First-time applicants must complete a Student Transit Pass Application form. You can submit it online through the Service Wrenford Online portal, or bring it in person to one of our service locations. Processing usually takes two business days.

Renewing and replacing your pass
You can renew your student pass online or at the terminal before the current month ends. If your pass is lost or stolen, you must report it to transit staff before requesting a replacement. A $15.00 replacement fee applies. Bring your student ID and proof of address to City Hall to process the replacement.
Schedule changes and route updates
School schedules change each year, and route adjustments are made to match the new timetable. Wrenford Transit posts updated maps and schedules for every school route on the Transit page before the first day of classes. If your school changes its dismissal time or location, please check the Transit page regularly or call Wrenford 311 for the latest information.
Important details
Student passes are non-transferable. Transit staff may ask to see your student ID along with the pass. Passes are valid from the first day of the month in which they are purchased and remain valid until the last day of that month. If you move out of the service area or graduate, you can cancel your pass and receive a prorated refund for the remaining weeks.
