Downtown parking garage hours
The Downtown parking garage is located in the heart of the city, providing convenient access to local businesses and services. The facility is open seven days a week. Hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. Please note that the entrance and exit lanes may close briefly for cleaning between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
2018 Fee Structure
The following rates apply to all users entering the garage in 2018. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
- First 15 minutes: Free
- Up to 1 hour: $2.00
- Up to 2 hours: $3.50
- Up to 4 hours: $5.00
- Up to 8 hours: $7.50
- Over 8 hours: $10.00
Cash and credit cards are accepted at the pay stations. Electronic payment options are also available through the City’s mobile app.
Monthly Parking Permits
Monthly permits are available for residents and businesses in the Downtown area. Permits are valid from the first day of the month in which they are issued. The cost for a monthly permit is $60.00. Special Events
