Renew your accessible parking permit
If your accessible parking permit is close to expiring, you can renew it easily. We want to make sure you continue to have the access you need. You must renew before the expiry date on your current permit to avoid any gaps in coverage.
Check your eligibility
You can renew your permit if you are the registered holder and your medical condition has not changed significantly. If your condition has improved or worsened, you may need a new medical assessment. Please review the Parking permits page for general information on who qualifies.
How to renew
You have two options to renew your permit. Choose the method that works best for you.
Option 1: Online renewal
This is the fastest way to get your new permit. Log in to your account on our citizen portal. Select your active accessible parking permit and follow the prompts to confirm your details. You will receive a digital copy of your renewed permit immediately, which you can print or display on your phone.
Option 2: Mail-in renewal
If you prefer paper forms, download the renewal application from our website. Fill out the form completely. Do not send your original permit; keep it with you until the new one arrives. Mail your completed form and the required fee to:
City of Wrenford
Parking Services
P.O. Box 1234
Wrenford, ON N4Q 0A1
Allow up to 10 business days for processing and mailing. If you do not receive your new permit within two weeks, call us at 519-555-0100.
Important notes
Do not drive with an expired permit. If your permit expires, you must apply for a new one through the standard Parking permit applications process. This may take longer than a renewal.
If you lose your renewed permit, you can request a replacement. Visit the Parking permit replacement page for details on fees and procedures.
